We're calling our development environment a "start-up laboratory" because the things we're building are experimental, based on real knowledge and goals. We're creating a lot of them, building communities around them, and spinning some of them off into stand-alone companies. Our initial focus is in areas where our team has the most experience - mortgages and veteran benefits.
Our founders have been working together and building companies for more than a decade. These companies and the attributes they bring to this venture give us a solid foundation to build on.

Texcorp was founded by Bruce Reichstein more than 25 years ago to help people finance their homes with FHA and VA loans. From 2001 through 2014, Texcorp and its affiliates originated over $4.5 billion dollars in VA guaranteed home loans. Texcorp is a two-time Houston Business Journal “Houston 100” honoree, placing both times in the top 25 companies.
Bruce's vision to market directly online to veterans and first-time homebuyers is what drove him to create several successful start-ups in the online mortgage space, including VALoans.com (which was recently acquired) and FHA.com. Through these sites, he established partnerships with national lenders on mortgage lead generation projects, including Lending Tree, Quicken Loans, USAA, and PHH Mortgage. Other partners include regional mortgage powerhouses and federally insured banks across the country.
Military Rates and Military Hub are part of the Advertise Military family of websites. These properties were developed by Jerald and Bruce after the websites from their first joint venture were acquired by a publicly traded company in 2006. Advertise Military sites serve as free resources for military families seeking information, news, updates, and advice to best leverage all the military benefits available.
These sites offer access to the information that help service members, veterans, and military families manage all the moves throughout a military career and beyond. Advertise Military sites are provided to the military community at no cost and are supported by carefully screened advertisers that wish to connect with this specific audience. These sites have substantial audiences that will help get Question Big get traction quickly.
Our first project is Question Big, online community where consumers can learn how to make informed mortgage decisions.
Big purchases come with big questions, and few purchases are more important than buying a home. This website is prototype for other verticals in which quick knowledge is needed to make important financial decisions. We'll be launching our Beta in June 2015.
